Tim has lived and breathed strength and physical training alongside sports conditioning for most of his life. As both a star high school and college football athlete, he possesses a passion for the importance of a comprehensive physical training program. Tim graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science along with his Master’s in Nutrition from Alabama A&M University in Huntsville, AL. He is certified by the U.S. Weightlifting Committee, and has served as both an “all-inclusive” boot camp instructor and a strength and conditioning coach at D1 Sports Holdings, LLC for five years. Tim has an excitement for working with clients of all fitness levels.
Born in Augusta, GA he attended Evans High School where he lettered in both football and track before receiving a football scholarship to AAMU. His football career continued for 4 years at the University, which included a year as captain, and a year representing the city of Huntsville while playing for Alabama’s own Arena football team, the Hammers. Tim has been settled in Huntsville for the past 10 years where he now enjoys playing team sports, reading, and trying out new recipes in his spare time. Along with continuing his commitment and work with present clients and friends, Tim looks forward to working and progressing with more.
