Late Stage Knee Rehab

Late Stage Knee Rehab training is for athletes who have suffered a knee ligament injury and is looking to return to sport safely and at a higher level than before the injury. Late stage rehab is focused on injuries 3-9 months post-op. Rehab consists of 4 phases, each with graduation criteria, plyometric exercises, fieldwork, and strength exercises specific to the needs of each phase.  The purpose of late-stage knee rehab is to take muscle atrophy, weaknesses, and further potential damage into account while preparing an athlete to return to sport.
